About Me
I am a creator.
By day, I work for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency as their web and digital content strategist. My professional experience includes graphic design, photography, videography, art direction, branding, brand strategy, user-experience (UX), information architecture, technical writing, social media, and advertising. I am also available for freelance projects.
Outside of work, I am an artist. I utilize different mediums for different forms of expression, with a goal of sharing beauty with the world. My mediums include ceramics, painting, photography, jewelry, screen printing and dance.

Ceramics are a way of connecting directly with the earth through the act of molding clay. Most pieces are functional, such as mugs, bowls and planters.

There is no doubt that stones and crystals are beautiful. Some believe they also carry energies that can aid in healing, calming and regulating emotions. My jewelry incorporates stones so you can always have them with you. Which stone you should pick depends less on what the stone is rumored to do for you and more on what you are naturally drawn to. You will be drawn to the stone you need. Or, just wear it for its beauty.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been a dancer. It allows me to physically release my energies and utilize my full physical body for expression of ideas and emotional experiences. I participate in Rural Route Dance Ensemble, the Govenaires International Parade and Concert Corps, community tap dance opportunities, and any other opportunities I can find. Performance is a living art, experienced once and gone in an instant. This beautiful, real-time form of expression makes me feel alive.

I am more than a graphic designer. I hold a Master’s degree in Technical Communication, specializing in website architecture and user-experience.
